This is an unlined, upper hip length jacket without closures.  It's perfect as a fashion accent or a creative cover over any outfit.  You can make it with a rounded neck, uniquely trimmed and folded and stitched fabric strips.  Two patch pockets are also trimmed in this manner.  Also can be made as a V-neck jacket with fabric ruffle around the neck and front edges.
