Safe-At-Home. From our Backyard Picnic Series -- Make a Utensil Wrap!

As part of our Backyard Picnic Series, we are offering to help you make a re-useable "Utensil Wrap" for yourself and everyone in your household. These utensil wraps are the perfect addition to your picnic basket for an outing to the beach, the park or for use in your own backyard. Each wrap can be unique for every person in your household (based on fabric choice) or made as a theme for the basket. Wraps double as a place mat. Additional kits can be purchased without the workshop by following this link.

Join us on either Wednesday, May 20th beginning at 4:00 pm or Saturday, May 23rd at 2 p.m. In the zoom workshop we'll guide you and/or your sewist through the process of making your own sit-upon gameboard similar to the one pictured here. This project may be hand-sewn or machine sewn.

The kit will be available for curbside pickup for either date, or postal delivery for the Saturday, May 23rd class only. Mail delivery orders must be received by Tuesday, May 20th. The kit will include your choice of pre-cut fabric pieces, a small spool of matching thread, the items mentioned above, and -- if needed -- a needle for hand sewing.

Once your order is placed we'll get your fabric choices and prepare your kit prior to it being available for curbside pickup or mail delivery. Appropriate for all sewing levels (including never-have-sewn before). More than one wanting to sign up, no problem, just add the number of kits you want and we'll provide a discount on the workshop!
