Need a little "me" time after a houseful of family and guests? Need something for your sewist to do while you shop?  Or, maybe you'd like to find a fun activity during the Thanksgiving break for you sewist.  Look no further!

Sign up your sewist for a "Mom's -- or Dad's -- morning out." In this "Black Friday" workshop your sewist will join us for a few hours while you have some shopping time -- or maybe just some quiet time! This is a guided sewing time with a variety of skill-appropriate suggestions of items to make in the time allotted.  With our guidance, your sewist can make her/his choice of a purse or wallet, gloves or other winter accessory(ies), maybe even a stuffie to give away as a personalized item with all the though and love thrown in.   Have your sewist join us during this time and make a gift for a parent, friend or sibling, teacher, or friend or simply added to their group of favorite friends. The details... Workshop will run from 9:30 a.m. to up to approx. 12:30 on Friday, November 28th, 2025. Suitable for ages 8 and up. Beginners welcome.  Up to 1 yard of fabric is included in this workshop.  Class is intended to be done in-person and will include a late morning snack. Want more information?
