2025 Summer Camp Registration Form.

I am registering the following student (named below) for your Sewing Summer Camp,
“Garden Party!”  for the week of: _______________________________________ , 2025.

I/We understand that in the camp, students should be able to make up to three or four of the projects listed below:

  • The projects for this year’s camp are still being determined
  • and other items as time allows
  • And that all materials, will be provided for the projects in the camp.

I/We also understand that the cost of the camp is $375.00 for the week, that the time of the camp is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday thru Thursday, and that a pizza party lunch is included on one of the camp days. I/We understand that there is a $85.00 non-refundable deposit for the camp and that the remainder of the funds are due before the camp is scheduled to begin. Furthermore, I/We realize that Just Make it Sew will make reasonable efforts to accommodate students in completing their projects, however that there are no credits issued for missed time/days from camp. In the event Just Make it Sew offers make up time, it does so at its own discretion.  Registrations prior to April 1st, 2025 will receive a $30.00 discount off the full cost of the camp.

I understand and acknowledge that the camp’s activities in which my child/student wishes to participate may involve the risk of injury. I further understand that the camp’s activities may not be supervised at all times. I, the undersigned, agree to hold Just Make it Sew, LLC, harmless for any accident/injury/illness that may occur to my child/student while attending this camp by virtue of my child/student’s participation in the camp activities. While I acknowledge that the sewing instructor will do her best to keep my child/student safe and accidents from happening, I acknowledge that Just Make it Sew, LLC makes no representations as to the safety of the camp’s activities or any equipment used in making the projects at the camp.
