Want to take your sewing to the next step? Sign up and pay for ten (10) hours sewing lessons. These hours may be used as 10 one-hour lessons, for one and a half hour lessons, or five (5) two-hour sewing lessons. Signing up for a block of 10 one-hour lessons will save you 25% over the one hour lesson rate, paid individually. Our best value! Individuals signing up for a block of lesson hours must have either a) sewn with us previously or b) demonstrate basic sewing proficiency at their first lesson.  Those not able to demonstrate basic sewing proficiency will be required to do the Intro lesson.

If you are new (to us) student, we highly recommend that you sign up for a smaller block of lessons before signing up for this block of 10 hours. Lessons are also available virtually however, virtual lessons may require preparation by JMIS outside of the actual lesson time. Such preparation will be discussed and charged against the prepaid time in quarter hour increments as needed to gather materials or prepare projects prior to the lesson.

Please note: The purchase of a block of lessons is intended to be used within six months of purchase. Any balance not used within 6 months from the date of purchase will incur a $5.95 per month handling fee on any remaining balance. Also if the lessons have remained unused for longer than six months and our lesson rate has changed, the new lesson rate will be applied to the remaining balance.
